Return Policy

How do I return my defect order?

1) Mail it back to us:

  • Send your parcel using a traceable** mode of delivery to the office:
    10 Anson Road #18-11 Singapore 079903
    Your return must be made known to us immediately from the date of delivery and send back to us within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Store Credit will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.
  • The following categories are not returnable: Sale items, promotion items, accessories and gifts. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!
  • After your return’s been confirmed, you’ll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item
  • Delivery fees during the returning, if any, won’t be refunded or reimbursed. 
  • We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders
  • We do not honour exchanges or refund such as minor stains, marks, dirt or minor stitching issues.
  • All items sold will be “as is” conditions. Strictly no exchange or refund.

*Please ensure that your return order is eligible for returns before returning to our office.
**It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we’ll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. 
***In the event of unavailability of a product or defects necessitating a return, reimbursement shall be solely in the form of shopping credit and devoid of any cash refund.
